Matthew DeTomasi it’s the new one Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Michelin Italiana SpA. from today, July 13, 2023. It takes the place of Simone Miattonwho left the leadership of the Group in Italy to assume a role of responsibility in the Personnel Department at a global level, such as Head of Employee Experience for the Michelin Group.

Matteo De Tomasi has a degree in economics allUniversity of Parma and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College Business School in London.
He started his career at Michelin in early 2020 as Global Account Manager for the Truck and Bus business line, after having worked in various European countries, including Switzerland, France and Great Britain, in marketing and sales for companies such as Hexagon, Armstrong World Industries ed Hilti Great Britain.
Since November 2022 it is also Commercial Director of Michelin Italiana SpA for Italy and Malta, role that he will continue to play alongside that of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
