BMW has unveiled its new design concept, the BMW Vision New class, which gives an insight into the brand’s next generation of vehicles. This new proposition embodies BMW’s commitment to innovation in key areas such as electrification, digitization and sustainability.

Oliver Zipse, Chairman of the Board of Management of BMW AG, said: “The BMW Vision Neue Klasse combines our innovation capability in the core areas of electrification, digitalisation and circularity. In this way, we are always able to be two steps ahead of the future: The Neue Klasse is already bringing the mobility of the next decade onto the roads in 2025 – and is leading BMW into a new era.”
The Vision Neue Klasse premieres at International Motor Show IAA Mobility 2023 from Munich, features an innovative design with clean lines and a clear emphasis on hallmarks of BMWsuch as the kidney grille and the curve Hofmeister side window graphics.
The interior of the Neue Klasse offers a digital experience thanks to the new generation of BMW iDrive, which integrates smoothly the real world with the virtual one. Furthermore, the use of secondary raw materials, resource-efficient production and an all-electric drivetrain make the vehicle truly green.
Frank Weber, Board Member of the BMW Group for Development, highlighted the remarkable technological advances of the Neue Klasseincluding a 30% increase in range, 30% faster charging and a 25% improvement in efficiency. It also highlighted the futuristic look of the design and the unprecedented investment made by BMW to bring the Neue Klasse to market.
