Netcomm Award 2023 is the award promoted by Netcomm to enhance the best e-commerce initiatives in Italy. The overall winner of the 2023 edition of Netcomm Award And Golden Goose. Netcomm Award 2023: Golden Goose won the award

The sneaker and apparel brand was recognized for its ability to offer an extraordinary online shopping experience. It involves the customer in the co-creation of the product and which demonstrates an ongoing commitment to innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.

Netcomm Award 2023: the awards event

The awards event it took place on Thursday 28 September at Cariplo Factory (in Milan). It was broadcast live on the Netcomm Award website and on Netcomm’s social channels. The evening was hosted by Mario Moroni, host and digital entrepreneur, and Roberto Liscia, President of Netcomm. The candidate projects were examined through a technical evaluation by GreatPixel. As well as the legal suitability check by Netcomm’s legal team and the evaluation by the quality jury. It is made up of 15 impartial experts in the digital commerce sector.

WiAutomation

WiAutomation was the best in the category B2B for the ability to implement strategies aimed at specific market needs. Through technological innovations that help customers in choosing products.

Damiani

In the category Cross-Border & Export the winner was Damiani. For having been able to seize the opportunities of online sales and satisfy the needs of consumers all over the world. Selling today in 38 countries, through collaboration with a global eCommerce platform that allows international customers to have an online shopping experience equivalent to that of users in Italy.

Aptamil

Aptamil stood out in the category Communication & Digital Marketing. For having launched a marketing initiative with the marketplace at its centre, which goes beyond traditional channels in favor of the use of the entire digital ecosystem.

Bonprix

Bonprix was awarded best in category Customer Care & CRM. For leveraging artificial intelligence with the aim of satisfying customer needs and offering a quality shopping experience. It is important to underline that the human relationship always remains at the center.

Alberoshop.itas well as winning one special mention as part of this edition of Netcomm Award, it also obtained the category award Innovation. Atida eFarma wins two prizes. The one in the category Logistica & Packaging, for having created a sales project that synergistically combines the convenience of online purchases with the expertise and professionalism of specialists. And the award for the category Metaverso & Live Commercehaving introduced a live commerce channel that has made the consumer shopping experience engaging, interactive and seamless.

The prize Sustainability it was instead won by two companies with equal merit: Veepeefor having developed a second hand project that satisfies both the needs of brands attentive to environmental sustainability and of customers looking for conscious and responsible purchases, and Chitè Lingerieborn from a completely Italian idea, which sees sustainability, craftsmanship and customization of products and processes as fundamental principles on which its business model is based.

For the category Start-upthe winner is Parking My Car, for having created a platform that aims to offer a new way of experiencing mobility in the parking sector, with a strong focus on the theme of sustainability. The company also triumphed on the front User Experiencefor developing a web platform and app with intuitive navigation, which meets user needs in a simple, convenient and environmentally friendly way.
