OnePlus has officially announced its first foldable smartphone, the OnePlus Open 5G, a European rebranding of the Oppo Find N3
OnePlus Open 5G was presented during an online event entitled “Open for Everything”, which was streamed. The smartphone is equipped with an external main display from 6.31 inches with FHD resolution+ and refresh rate of 120 Hz. The secondary, internal display has a diagonal of 7.82 inches and QHD resolution+. The device is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and can go up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage space.
OnePlus Open 5G: cameras and battery life
As for the photographic sector, the OnePlus Open is equipped with a triple rear camera with a main sensor 48MP Sony LYT-T808an ultra wide-angle sensor from 48 MP Sony IMX581 and telephoto sensor 64 MP OmniVision OV64B. The front cameras, however, see a 32 MP sensor and a 20 MP one.
OnePlus Open is then equipped with a 4,805 mAh battery with dual cell system (3,295+1,510mAh) and battery support fast charging 67 W. The overall weight is equal to 245g.
