The director of the John Wick saga films, Chad Stahelski, has announced that they are working on one John Wick anime series. In an interview on The Discourse podcast, the director of the four John Wick films confessed to being a huge anime fan and that he absolutely wanted to create the character of John Wick in the style of the Japanese animated series, he also said he was enthusiastic about the future of the action franchise. He did not miss this opportunity to also talk about the future of the saga in question, revealing that it is also ongoing another live action series after the success of the TV series with Mel Gibson, The Continental. The director spoke specifically about the making of the anime, saying that they are developing the Japanese anime series as he is a big fan of the genre.
