Google Cloud e Spotify they announced aexpansion of their strategic partnership to enhance usage of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The partnership includes exploring the use of AI tools Of Google Cloud from Spotify to improve fundamental aspects of the platform. As:
- Content discovery: through the use of large language models (LLMs), Spotify intends to improve the analysis of its vast library and optimize the use of metadata to offer its users new and interesting content on a daily basis.
- Personalized advice: the goal is to improve the users’ listening experience through the use of LLM to understand patterns of favorite voice content, such as podcasts and audiobooks, to make personalized, relevant recommendations.
- Safe listening: Spotify aims to ensure a greater safety when listeningleveraging AI to identify and manage potentially harmful content.

The work behind the scenes
In addition to theIA to eat LLM, Spotify e Google Cloud are consolidating their collaboration between engineers to improve the Spotify’s core features and backend platform. Spotify also exploits the Google Cloud’s data capabilities to create effective campaigns, providing information and analysis to creators to help them succeed.

In addition to being a well-known company of streaming audio, Spotify is recognized in the developer community for Backstageun framework open source used for over 2,000 companies for the creation of portals for programmers. The framework, used to simplify developers’ daily tasks, could now benefit from Google Cloud AI capabilities for further optimizations, allowing developers to focus on more meaningful tasks such as creating more efficient code.
