There is no escape for Ark: Survival Ascended, postponed once again to Xbox Series
Contrary to what the boys of Studio Wildcardit seems that Ark: Survival Ascended I just can’t get up Xbox Series X/Sbecause it was again postponed. Now the release date is set for the beginning of this week, although the game was scheduled for a release on the jade giant’s consoles in the past few days. The postponement is due to “unexpected problems” during the certification process, in which the development team is working with Microsoft to “review the build as soon as possible”. No “more precise update” on the situation, therefore, although the developers are “working assiduously to get it out”. Which, at this point, is difficult to take for granted.

Ark: Survival Ascended postponed again on Xbox Series
Similarly to the PS5 version, for which Studio Wildcard wanted to assure us that it had “directly” involved partners and Sony, we can only assume that the game is still expected by the end of the month. Of course, we can’t expect a more specific timeframe for the game’s release before the development team makes “more significant progress.” The game is currently available in early access on PC (Steam). Initially planned as a free update for Survival Evolved, the title has (naturally) become a product in its own right. Developed in Unreal Engine 5.2the remake presents the original version with new graphics, physics and features.
