This evening (or rather, night) The Game Awards 2023 will be held: let’s find out together where to see it live and some of our predictions on the protagonist titles
The most magical night of the year, at least as far as the gaming industry is concerned, is finally upon us. The Game Awards 2023 (henceforth TGA 2023, we’re lazy today) they will open tonight at 1 (Italian time), at a time that, with each passing year, proves to be increasingly inconvenient. Not because it changes from year to year, but because age advances for everyone. Obviously we will follow it live for you and tomorrow morning you will be able to find, on our pages, the list of winners and all the announcements directly from the stage. In this regard, you can find the link to the TGA 2023 live broadcast right below!
The Game Awards 2023: will you follow them live? Young daredevils…
What to expect from this spectacular night? On the Microsoft side, it has already been confirmed that we will finally have the release date of Baldur’s Gate 3 (one of the GOTY candidates) also on Xbox Series S, after numerous postponements, but we also hope to be able to know something more about Hellblade II, which has disappeared from the radar. As far as Sony is concerned, however, we have practically nothing confirmed. Many rumors claim that Santa Monica is working on a DLC for God of War Ragnarok, while Keighley (presenter of the TGA) and Hideo Kojima have an excellent relationship, so there could also be an update on the development of Death Stranding 2especially considering that it was announced at TGA 2022. Finally, we will almost certainly see new material from Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, whose release is approaching by leaps and bounds.
Moving on to other majors, Ubisoft has confirmed that it has prepared material on Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, out next month, and we take for granted the presence of titles such as Hades II, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and Persona 3 Reload, great expectations. We are also waiting for news on the Elden Ring DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree, and some reassurance on Skull and Bones. Considering that the event will last a total of three hours, and that prizes are normally given out rather quickly, we really expect great things. And an awakening with a bang for those who fall asleep in the meantime.
