Ghostbusters: Ice Menace finally has a poster that shows our beloved heroes fighting against the threat that will represent the villain they will have to face in the new film of the saga
After publishing the film’s teaser online, followed by an official trailer, Sony Pictures Entertainment also published the official poster of Ghostbusters: Glacial Menace, where we can see our heroes protagonists against the monstrous creatures represented by the new villain of the saga after Gozer’s exit from the scene. In the poster the protagonists face monsters in a world dominated by frost and ice.

As we can see from the post, the four protagonists exit their Echo-1 vehicle to face the mysterious villain, currently unknown, in a New York completely enveloped and dominated by ice and frost. In the new film, the members of the Sprengler family will return to where the story began – in iconic fire stationwhere they will join the Original Ghostbusters who created a laboratory to take ghost hunting to the next level. When the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, the Ghostbusters must join forces for what is effectively a new Ice Age.
The trailer indicated that the film was not set in winter, but in summer, where winter is dragged into the first hot summer months. In the first half of the trailer, a deadly ice storm hits New York City, enveloping the Ghostbusters barracks in ice. We will meet again in the cast Patton Oswalt, Kumail Nanjiani, James Acaster ed Emily Alyn Lind, oltre a Bill Murray, Finn Wolfhard, Ernie Hudson, Mckenna Grace, Paul Rudd, Celeste O’Connor, Logan Kim, Annie Potts, Dan Aykroyd e Carrie Coon. The film will be produced by Jason Reitmandirector of the previous film, while the new director will be Gil Kenan. The release is set for March 29, 2024.
