After the first Batman animated series hit Netflix, we finally have gods new details on the new Batman: Caped Crusader animated series. The new series will be edited by animator and cartoonist Bruce Timm, with the collaboration of Matt Reeves (click here for the complete filmography of Matt Reeves), former director of The Batmanwill be written by Ed Brubaker and the executive producer will be J.J. Abrams. The series will arrive on Prime Video, after the company acquired the rights to some series on characters from the world of Batman, including the Caped Crusader who has already announced two seasons.

Unfortunately, however, Brubaker will not work on the second season, as he will be busy with another Amazon series: Criminal. With the collaboration between Bruce Timm, JJ Abrams and Matt Reeves, this new animated series will use cutting-edge animation technologies and will reinvent the character and his villains with sophisticated storytelling, nuanced characters and intense action scenes. In addition to Abrams, Timm and Reeves, Brubaker and Sam Register will also serve as executive producers. Batman: Caped Crusader is a series produced by The Warner Bros.
