Samsung Galaxy S24 series: here are the new live images for the top-of-the-range device arriving on January 17
Between few days Samsung will officially unveil its new range of smartphones Galaxy S24, but in the meantime the previews and rumors do not stop. After seeing the complete technical specifications and the original colors created for the new models, today we also have a first taste of the top of the range in Ultra version.

Samsung Galaxy S24: technical specifications
Below we remind you of the key points of the new Galaxy S24 smartphone family. All models will have a screen with LTPO technology, which allows you to dynamically adjust the refresh rate based on the content displayed, thus optimizing energy consumption. The base model and the Plus model will have an FHD+ resolution, while the Ultra model will have one QHD resolution+. All models will support a refresh rate up to 120 Hz.
Performance
As for the processor, the Samsung Galaxy S24 should feature the new Qualcomm chip, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which promises high performance especially in gaming, with support for ray tracing. However, as usual, Samsung could opt for its proprietary processor Exynos 2400 in some markets, such as the European one. However, it would be a high-end chip, based on the 4nm production process and equipped with an integrated 5G modem.
Cameras
The photographic sector will be one of the strong points of the Samsung Galaxy S24, especially for the Ultra model, which will have five rear cameras. The main sensor will be 50 megapixel with f/1.8 aperture and optical stabilization (OIS), the same that we find in the basic and Plus models. The difference lies in the telephoto lens, which in the Ultra model will be 50 megapixels with 5x optical zoom and OIS, while in the other models it will be 12 megapixels with 3x optical zoom and OIS.
The Ultra model will also have a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, a sensore TOF (Time of Flight) for depth and a Laser AF sensor for focusing. The basic and Plus models will instead only have a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture. The front camera will be from 10 megapixel for the basic and Plus models and 40 megapixels for the Ultra model.

This is what we know so far about Samsung Galaxy S24, Samsung’s future top-of-the-range smartphone series that will be presented next January. These are devices that promise to offer high performance, attractive designs and advanced features, thanks also to the use ofartificial intelligence.
