Samsung Electronics announced the new ones Galaxy XCover 7 e Galaxy Tab Active 5, resistant products designed for companies. Both offer connectivity 5Goptimized performance and larger memory. Galaxy XCover7 features a rear camera and increased display size and resolution. Galaxy Tab Active5 offers replaceable batteries and No Battery Mode.

Over a third of American businesses use ruggedized devices, while another 38% have expressed intent to purchase more by 2023 (IDC data). Businesses need power and endurance. And the new Galaxy XCover 7 and Galaxy Tab Active 5 arrive precisely for this reason.
Both devices have the rating IP68 For water and dust resistance, important to work on construction sites or retail warehouses. Furthermore, the Galaxy XCover7 is certified MIL-STD-810H to withstand shocks and drops up to 1.5m, while the Galaxy Tab Active5 can withstand drops from 1.8m with the included protective case. They have displays protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, which improves durability and scratch resistance. Touch sensitivity can be adjusted, making the devices easy to use even when wearing gloves.
Galaxy XCover7 and Galaxy Tab Active5 offer advanced connectivity. The first has been updated to provide 5Gwhile the latter supports both 5G and Wi-Fi 6. The 6.6-inch display of the Galaxy XCover7 offers greater surface area and resolution, while the 8.0-inch display of the Galaxy Tab Active5 allows for greater visibility in outdoor conditions.
To meet the needs of long working days, both devices offer fast charging and replaceable batteries. The Galaxy Tab Active5 can run without battery in No Battery Mode.
