Canon has been awarded the Top Employers Italia certification for the sixth consecutive year, an official recognition given to company excellence in HR policies and strategies, which contribute to people’s well-being and improve the working environment. The Top Employers Certification is issued to companies that achieve and satisfy the high standards required by the HR Best Practices Survey. The Survey covers 6 macro areas in the HR field, examines and analyzes in depth 20 different topics and respective Best Practices including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and many others.
David Plink, CEO of Top Employers Institute, states: “It is in difficult times that excellence emerges. And we have proof right before our eyes, with the results of the 2024 Top Employers Certification. We have seen first-hand how extraordinary the performances of the certified companies have been, how the Top Employers have demonstrated that they care about the well-being of their people and are committed to improving working conditions, thus contributing to collectively improving the world of work. It is with pride that we celebrate these excellences: the Top Employers 2024!
