During an interview to promote the new action comedy film For ArgyMatthew Vaughn talked about the film by Thor for Marvel Studios that he never made. The new film about the God of Thunder, Thor 5for which we already have a possible plot, even if it hasn’t been made official yet, it’s pretty much confirmed. The plot was more or less the same as what we eventually saw in the theatrically released film, only Thor was banished to Viking-ruled Earth. At the time, however, Marvel Studios was in its infancy and they bet everything on Iron Man, although they wanted to move forward with Vaughn’s idea, but they weren’t ready. The director also defended superhero films, saying that people aren’t tired of the genre, but they are tired of seeing poorly made superhero films. In fact, every film always repeats the same formula, a formula that people have grown tired of. Vaughn, however, concluded by saying that maybe Deadpool 3 will save the MCU also thanks to Wolverine. The director also confessed that he would like to make one one day, who knows if maybe he will have the opportunity to manage the character of Thor again.
