Elden RingFromSoftware’s masterpiece directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, is enriched with new and highly anticipated downloadable content: the DLC Shadow of the Erdtree.
Elden Ring: what we know about the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
It is an expansion that introduces a new story, set in a mysterious region called the Land of Shadow, where players will have to face new dungeons, enemies, weapons and equipment.
The DLC was announced with a gameplay trailer – which you can find below – which showed some of the new features that await us.
The release date is set for June 21, 2024. The single DLC will be available at the price of 39,99 euro (or bundled with the base game a 49,99 euro).
New editions of the game coming soon
But that’s not all: Shadow of the Erdtree will be accompanied by two new editions of the game, dedicated to collectors. It’s about the SOTE Edition and of SOTE Deluxe Edition, both of which will include DLC, as well as other exclusive content. The SOTE Edition will cost dthe 79.99 dollarswhile the SOTE Deluxe Edition will cost $99.99.
Furthermore, for true enthusiasts there will also be one collector’s edition fisicaat the price of 249,99 eurowhich will contain:
- Shadow of the Erdtree DLC (base game not included)
- Mesmer the Impaler Statuette (46 cm)
- Hardcover with exclusive artbook (in English)
