Technology and smart driving experience
The MINI Countryman SE All4 introduces the first MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant: the voice assistant can be activated with the “Hey MINI” command or via the push-to-talk steering wheel button. Voice interaction manifests on a round OLED display through animations, typography and an avatar, with display options such as “MINI” or “Spike”. Thanks to improved voice recognition, communication becomes more realistic, allowing you to control navigation, telephony, entertainment and more simply with voice commands.
The MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant continuously learns in dialogue with the driver, performing tasks on repeated routes based on position data. For example, the vehicle can learn to open the window in certain situations, making daily routines more convenient and personalized.
To ensure relaxed and safe driving, the new MINI Countryman SE All4 offers advanced driver assistance systems. Cruise control and steering and lane assist are part of the optional Driving Assistant Plus package. These systems offer assisted lateral guidance, improving comfort and overall safety. The MINI Countryman, in its electric version, offers an emission-free driving experience and eco-friendly fun. Available in fully electric variants such as the Countryman E, with extra power and all-wheel drive in the, e version Countryman SE ALL4with powerful electric motors, which reaches 180 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds.
The 150 kW/204 hp electric powertrain of the MINI Countryman E, with a torque of 250 Nm, enables remarkable performance, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.6 seconds and reaching a top speed of 170 km/h. In the case of Countryman SE ALL4, that we tested during our test drive on the streets of Portugal, the 230 kW/313 HP electric motors offer a combined torque of 494 Nm, guaranteeing acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and a speed maximum of 180 km/h. The battery, with an energy capacity of 66.45 kWh, ensures a remarkable range of over 430 km.
The powertrain range also includes efficient petrol engines, with options such as the MINI Countryman C with front-wheel drive, MINI Countryman SE ALL4 all-wheel drive and a diesel variant. The chassis, with increased track width and extended wheelbase, offers exceptional driving dynamics and the high-quality damping system contributes to steering precision, ensuring a sporty and comfortable ride.
The adaptive suspension and configuration options allow you to personalize your ride, while the new 17-inch aerodynamic wheels improve the autonomy of the vehicle. Countryman completely electric. He test drive
We tried it MINI Countryman SE All4 shortly after the John Cooper Works petrol version, and the difference in performance during our test drive was felt. The powertrain offers a vigorous push, giving the driver the possibility to modulate the driving experience through MINI’s Experience Modes, including the lively Go-Kart mode which is the one that convinced us the most. But the car offers agility, comfort and performance even in less sporty driving modes. Indeed, the Comfort mode makes the driving experience even simpler and more fluid, so much so that you can continue driving without getting too tired.
