From March 6th it is impossible to miss the second round of F1 2024 GP Saudi Arabia, let’s find out where to see the event and other curiosities
Dal Wednesday 6 March al Saturday 9 MarchNOW TV and more offer you exclusive live coverage second round of the 2024 Formula 1 season: the Grand Prix of Saudi Arabia on the circuit of Jeddah.
The second event of the year will follow the traditional weekend schedule, with one exception: all events have been moved by one day, as happened in Bahrain. Qualifying will be held on Friday rather than Saturday, while the race is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, rather than Sunday. This decision was taken by the FIA and the F1 Circus to respect the Ramadam period which begins on March 10, the sacred fast for Muslims. They will be conducted on Thursday two free practice sessions, Free Practice I (FP1, 2.30 pm) and FP2 (6.00 pm). On Friday, after FP3 (2.30 pm), we will immediately move on to qualifying, which will determine the starting order for Saturday’s race, scheduled for 6.00 pm, Italian time.
The exciting qualifications Of Jeddah will be broadcast unencrypted and deferred on TV8, starting from hours 22:00. Carlo Vanzini and Marc Gené will lead the commentary, with Roberto Chinchero in the pit breaks and Mara Sangiorgio as pit reporter.
