House of the Dragon second season releases the first trailers, divided between Green Team and Black Team, the series will return on June 16th
HBO released well due trailer for the release of the second season of House of the Dragon. The trailers represent two teams: Team Black and Team Greenso viewers are encouraged to take one side before the episodes release on June 16.
Team Nero
The trailer for the Team Black shows the council fighting for Queen Rhaenyra of Emma D'Arcy who intends to claim her “rightful” place on the Iron Throne. Rhenyra is determined to fight and win the warwith the threat of total war if the house's conditions are not accepted.
Team Verde
Meanwhile, the trailer of Team Verde offers, however, a different perspective. Olivia Cooke's Alicent and the King's Landing crew plan to keep Tom Glynn-Carney's Aegon II on the throne, with violence as their only path to victory. Alicent intends to follow the will of Viserys who had indicated Aegon as his successor.
House of the Dragon second season, the Dance of the Dragons is coming
The two previews carry the same message as the posters that were recently released. They show key players on both sides warning viewers that everyone will have to choose a side. It's the preview of the Dance of the Dragons. The second season will consist of eight episodes, so it will be shorter than the previous one, but Martin has stated that the series will need at least four seasons to do justice to the book Fire and Blood.
