I technical problems that hit Hype and Banca Sella in recent days they seem not to have been completely resolved yet: we are on the third day of disruption. Technical problems for Hype and Banca Sella: the point of the situation
According to the latest updates provided by Hype (reported by SmarWorld), at the moment withdrawals, payments and transfers are active but with possible slowdowns. However, the app still doesn't work properly. Even on the Banca Sella front, interruptions in access and use of online services remain.
Complaints from users who are unable to access their accounts either from the web or from apps are multiplying on social media, with repercussions also on the possibility of withdrawing cash.
At the root of the malfunctions there would be an internal technical problem Fabrick, the banking API platform of the Sella Group to which both Hype and Banca Sella belong. The failure appears to have occurred following some periodic maintenance of the IT systems carried out over the weekend.
At the moment all that remains is wait for full functionality of the services to be restored, with the hope that this will happen quickly. In the meantime, Hype assures that customers' money is safe and that any resetting of the balance is only a temporary anomaly due to ongoing problems.
