After being clamored for by players, Techland has finally introduced the Nightmare mode per Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
The update therefore introduces a new difficulty level, designed to represent the most arduous and compelling challenge available to date. The mode was developed in response to the community's expressed desire to have one method that required more tactical and strategic management of resourcesessential for survival in a post-apocalyptic environment.

With the introduction of the new difficulty, players will notice significant changes in the Vigor management. The renewed system, called Force tactical, reduces the indications displayed on the HUD to increase the level of immersion in the game. Furthermore, excessive use of the flashlight will lead to it going outadding an extra layer of tension and realism.
These updates, along with others, are intended forntensify the atmosphere of terror and to offer a new challenge to more experienced players. Players who manage to beat the game on its maximum difficulty will be rewarded with a exclusive Waltz costume.
In addition to the new difficulty, the Nightmare Mode update brings with it other new features, including improvements to the night gameplay experience and adjustments to the Infected. But the surprises don't end there! Cooperative mode has been enriched with the ability to play maps created by the community together with up to three friends.
The dynamics ofl Powerful shot of the archers have been improved, and for customization enthusiasts, it is now possible change the appearance of the grapple. A new free skin is already available at the Pilgrim Outpostready to be claimed by players.
