How many times have we wished we had a very long extension cord, which would allow us to have electricity everywhere, to charge our phone on the beach or attach a speaker or more? Maybe it's not as common as a desire, but i campers by listening they know this hope well. Well, a new solution to this need has officially landed in Italy, with the launch of Aqila. And it's a much more sensible idea than a very long extension cord, which also runs through portable solar panels.
The proposal of a new brand from those who know the world of energy well
Aqiila is a new brand which was born from a collaboration between the Dutch Brands Group and the Swedish Cebon Group, who is decidedly knowledgeable in the energy sector. In fact, we are talking about the same company that manages the GP Batteries brand, one of the most important in the world in the battery sector, especially rechargeable ones. And so he falls for it new project which combines energy and sustainability.
Yes, because Aqiila's goal is to bring one to anyone who needs one, by choice or necessity portable energy source. And the result contributes to reducing the environmental impact, in many different ways, with the aim of doing more and more in the future.
If in fact at the moment the portfolio of this brand mainly includes portable solar panels e powerstation, many other new features will arrive soon for Aqiila. And they will all be oriented towards increasingly better energy management, allowing us to be sustainable even in our outdoor adventures, without giving up comfort which we are now accustomed to.
What does this first Aqiila line-up include?
For the moment therefore we have two products offered by this brand. The first is Sunbird, a line of portable solar panels, extremely convenient to take with you. They are sturdy, compact, relatively light (enough to be easily carried by one person) and already equipped with all the cables possible to be able to connect everything you need.
We have two models available, in 100W and 200W version. The first is designed for simplified use, so much so as to streamline some of the most common operations, such as charging your smartphone, thanks to the USB-A and USB-C outputs. In short, we can go camping simply attach our phone to one of the portable solar panels and quickly get back to 100%.
Another option (which we can also use in combos, of course) is to switch between one Powerbird, the battery powered powerstation offered by the Aqiila portfolio. In this case we have three different models, 300, 1000 and 1500W. All are designed to offer thousands of charging cyclesensuring product longevity and therefore minimizing waste.
Through these stations we can power household appliances, chargers, PCs, cameras, power tools and much more. And clearly we can recharge them directly using one of the portable solar panels offered by Aqilla. A solution that is definitely more functional than the very long extension cord with which we opened the piece.
After portable solar panels, what is the future of Aqiila?
The future for this brand promises to be truly light (pun intended). In fact, the line is destined to expand soon with many new products, come on speaker Bluetooth to one ultra-compact flashlightup to a portable compressorwhich can even inflate the tires if necessary.
