A new DLC is coming for Back 4 Blood

Publisher Warner Bros. Games and developer Turtle Rock Studios announced today that Sons of the Parasite, Back 4 Blood’s new DLC, will officially arrive on August 30, 2022. Expansion will be sold separatelybut the owners of the Annual Pass they will find it included as part of their catalog.

The new DLC comes after the publication of the Tunnels of Terror expansion, which took place last April, which we had already told you about here.

What do we know about the new Back 4 Blood: Children of the Parasite DLC

In the new DLC, players will be transported to a new campaign. This will present us with a new and mysterious threat. But fear not: for a new enemy arriving, a new hero makes his in-game intro. The expansion will in fact introduce us to the playable character of Dan the “Prophet”. The official press release introduces him to us as a “self-proclaimed preacher of the apocalypse”, armed with a gun and the desire to destroy his enemies. Dan joins the list of playable Exterminators, who will help players save humanity.

In addition to Dan, the new DLC will bring with it eight new character skins and twelve weapon skinsas well as new cards and other content not yet revealed.
