The German Institute of Quality awarded the famous Acer with two highly respected titles in the survey Service Champions 2022, based on 265,000 customer ratings and 1,616 companies from 158 industries
Acer earns the first place for Top Desktop Service and the third place for Top Notebook Service.

Impeccable customer support
The pre and post-sales assistance service, one of Acer’s strong points, provides high levels of customer support thanks to thehigh preparation of technicians in PC repair using the best tools on the market and keeping customers updated on the repair status, taking charge, processing and delivery, guaranteeing fast times and precision in repairs, now typical factors of the company.
The assistance center can be contacted through the call center, reachable by phone, e-mail or chat or by opening a guarantee ticket on the official website.
If the product is under warranty, Acer will take care of the immediately return shipping, diagnosis and repair costs. In case the technicians consider the packaging of the product is not suitable for a safe shipment, they will take care of one replacement.
Prior to shipment, a team developed by Acer itself carries out a diagnosis on the replaced component or on the entire device, as appropriate.
Everyone, whether they are users or companies, has the right to extend the warranty on their products for others three, four or five years.
With an additional cost, there is also a quick repair service at the Acer headquarters in Arese, while companies can opt for an on-site repair service at their offices, which can be activated for a fee once a year if it is not decided to extend the duration of the warranty.
