Integration with Gestures is a practical and innovative solution for situations where you can’t or don’t want to talk to Alexa or touch the Echo Show screen.
For example, if you are cooking and have dirty hands or play loud music, that will do raise hand with palm facing camera to stop the timer alert.
This feature can also be useful for users with speech disabilities or limited mobility, who will thus be able to communicate with Alexa in a simpler and more natural way.
To activate the ‘Gestures’ feature just go in the settings menu of your device, choose “Device options” and then “Gestures”.
