Amazon Astro
Astro is the first robot of Amazon. A sort of Alexa with wheels equipped with 10-inch touchscreen on which, among other things, two eyes are reproduced that simulate different reactions.
Amazon Astro aims to become your little domestic friend, only 30 cm high He is able to move around the house independently for a maximum of 45 minutes, after which he will have to return to the base and recharge.
To characterize it we find ultrasonic sensors, ToF cameras for depth and a 12 megapixel periscope camera that you can use for home video surveillance or for normal video calls. The on-board technology allows Astro to recognize people interacting with him and to map the house to help him distinguish the various rooms.

Amazon Glow it is a particularly original device. It is a device created for video calls but equipped with a projector. Confused? Actually the idea behind Glow makes quite a lot of sense: the children they tend to get bored easily
during videocall therefore Glow integrates a technology that projects towards the table libri, games and puzzles with which
to interact.
Let’s go into a little more detail. Glow is intended for children between 3 and 9 years old, is accompanied by a mat of
about 19 inches on which the images are projected and is equipped with a small display that allows the little ones
from call a specific list of people, carefully selected by parents.
