Lo youtuber Luke Miani got his hands on a prototype of the first iPhone, with software and design never released to the public, for half a million dollars. A very rare specimen, a piece of technology history bought on the anniversary of the release of the first iPhone in America, fifteen years ago.

The very first iPhone arrived in the US market on June 29, 2007, after being announced by Steve Jobs earlier that same year. So yesterday in the USA celebrated its 15th anniversary of the smartphone that has revolutionized the entire telecommunications sector.
To celebrate, youtuber Luke Miani procured one of the prototypes built in 2006, even before Jobs and his colleagues decided on the final design and finalized the softwareAnd. And that today is worth a million dollars. Below is the video of him.
These prototypes are all very rare, and they’re all worth it several hundred thousand dollars. Some even use software that reproduces the famous iPod ‘wheel’ on the touch screen.
The entire collection this specimen comes from actually belongs to another youtuber, DongleBookPro, who should soon be analyzing each device in detail. If the iPhone 2Gthe very first smartphone model of the Apple, have become collector’s items, these prototypes are even rarer and little explored.
