AOC expands its line of P2 professional monitors
AOC expands its line of P2 professional monitors with four new 27 “(68.6 cm) and 32” (80 cm) displays. Each of the new monitors uses USB-C connectivity to connect the monitor to laptops, tablets and mobile devices with a single cable and simultaneously transfer video signal, charge and data to connected SSD or hard disk.
Aimed at business users who need large screens with high resolutions for view multiple applications at the same time.
According to AOC today, the workplace needs to be more flexible than ever. Many professional users are used to using their laptops to work from anywhere, but most also agree that working on a small portable display is not like working on a large screen. The benefits you get in terms of productivity from large panels and high resolutions are huge, as users can open multiple windows and work on different tasks at the same time. Unlike a laptop display, working on an ergonomic desk with a height-adjustable monitor also allows you to create a healthier and more comfortable work environment, which is equally important.
The line of AOC’s P2 professional business monitors mainly offers IPS or VA panels, height-adjustable stands, all featuring an elegant design, with 3-sided borderless or narrow-edged screens for the offices (or homes) of the future. The P2 line currently offers two IPS models equipped with USB-C with 24 “24P2C and 27” 27P2C in Full HD resolution. Now, AOC adds four new products, expanding its USB-C portfolio with high resolution (QHD and UHD) and large (27 “and 32”) displays.
The new 32 ″ AOC U32P2CA features a VA panel with native 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) which offers an exceptional ratio of contrast of 3000: 1. Its brightness of 350 nits makes it usable even in bright light conditions, while its deep blacks and wide range of coverage (119% sRGB, 97.3% Adobergb, 90.7% DCI-P3) feature rich and vivid images, perfect for photo / video editors, designers and content creators.
To take full advantage of the size and resolution, the monitor supports modalità Picture-by-Picture. To ensure greater flexibility and a desk that is always free of unnecessary clutter, the monitor is equipped with a cable management inside the base, and is equipped with a 4-port USB 3.2 hub for easy connection of keyboard and mouse.
You can then connect your laptop with a single USB-C cable and extend your PC display to the monitor through the USB-C Displayport Alternate mode. So while the USB-C port provides power and charge to laptop or ad other devices up to 65W, at the same time it retains its USB connection function which allows you to transfer files from an external drive connected to the monitor’s USB hub. With peripherals connected via the USB hub, the keyboard and mouse can conveniently control the laptop via USB-C cable.
The new 27 ″ AOC U27P2CA model is equipped with a IPS panel with 4K resolution. The sharpness due to the higher pixel density on a smaller panel and the higher color reproduction accuracy make the monitor truly brilliant, delivering lifelike images thanks to the wide color coverage. Similar to its 32 ″ cousin, the U27P2CA also features Picture-by-Picture mode.
The other two models, with QHD resolution, are the new 32 “AOC Q32P2CA and the new 27” AOC Q27P2CA, which boast IPS panels and a 75 Hz refresh rate. With much sharper images thanks to the smaller 27 “panel, the Q27P2CA offers the optimal combination of size (27”) and resolution (QHD) to please even the most difficult users. Create rich and colorful images suitable for most applications, with an exceptionally wide color spectrum (126.5% sRGB, 108.4% Adobergb, 100.8% DCI-P3) suitable for graphic designers and content creators.
Even when the work is finished, these monitors are the perfect partner for relaxing gaming sessions, as they are equipped with a time to reply GtG at 4 ms which ensures fast and smooth pixel transitions and Adaptive-Sync support to synchronize the refresh rate of the monitor with the framerate of the GPU and get seamless images. The QHD Q32P2CA and Q27P2CA models are also equipped with a 75 Hz refresh rate which, compared to the 60 Hz update, gives a 25% smoother visual experience when looking at moving objects or the movement of the cursor itself.
All models are compatible with 100 x 100mm VESA mounting systems e include an ergonomic stand height adjustable by 150 mm, with 90 ° rotation and a wide range of inclination. The 32 “models boast two 3W speakers, while the 27” models have two 2W speakers. Finally, all models are equipped with connections for 3.5 mm headphones.
To ensure USB-C connectivity with legacy devices not equipped with this port, all models also have a detachable USB-C to USB-C / USB-A cable. Additionally, using AOC’s optional VESA-P2 mounting system, mini-PCs or NUCs can be attached directly to the stand of these four models, creating a simple solution all-in-one customizable according to needs.
