After the presale, it finally arrives also in stores throughout Italy Apple Watch Series 7, the new smartwatch from Apple. The smart watch comes with one 20% larger screen of the previous one, reaching the edges of the case. And it also has other small advantages over the Series 6, such as faster charging and for the first time being certified for dust resistance.
Apple Watch Series 7 arrives in Italy
This year Apple did not want to revolutionize its smartwatch. The design is quite similar to last year’s model, both for the version from 41 mm than for that from 45 mm. But the screen reaches all the way to the edge of the case, curving slightly. And as we might have expected, Apple has already shown some watch faces designed specifically to take advantage of the extra space.
In addition, the new device, despite having the same 18-hour battery as the previous one, it recharges 33% faster with the supplied cable. Furthermore, for the first time we find in addition to the resistance to shocks and water (up to 50 meters), for the first time Apple also certifies the resistance to dust and obtains the IP6X certification. Although this is actually the first time it has tested for dust on the line, so we are not really sure it can be defined as a novelty.
The evolution of the Apple Watch screen
The basic aluminum version comes in five colors: midnight, galaxy, green, a new blue and (PRODUCT) RED. The colors become more “serious” for the stainless steel version, with silver, graphite and gold. Furthermore, you can also buy the version in natural titanium or space black.
But as always, find the very precise sensors for health and sport: heart rate, sleep monitoring, blood oxygen levels and ECG. Furthermore, for the first time the service arrives in Italy Apple Fitness+, with three months free by purchasing a new smartwatch.
