Apple has now made the decision to reduce dependence on China regarding production. The company is already working for move part of iPhone production to India. In the meantime, however, the project is taking on much larger dimensions.
For the future, in fact, the Cupertino house intends move some iPad production to India. At the moment, the details are not yet clear but Apple is reportedly working with local authorities to define future production projects.
The first news in this sense could arrive as early as 2023. Apple has now chosen a very specific path. Reducing reliance on China is crucial, considering the damage caused by the zero Covid policy in China that has prompted the company to drastically reduce iPhone production in a key period like the current one.
