Warner Bros. has released the first video images in the teaser trailer for the second chapter of Aquaman, the Lost Kingdom
Starring once again the superhero played by Jason Momoa, the teaser trailer for Aquaman the Lost Kingdom has arrived. The clip announces the arrival of the official trailer soon confirms the release of James Wan’s film in Italian cinemas for next December 20th. The release of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was scheduled for December 2022, 4 years after the arrival in theaters of the first chapter, but various vicissitudes in production forced the release to be rethought. Postponed for a year, now, despite the strike of Hollywood actors and screenwriters, the arrival in Italian cinemas of James Wan’s film is confirmed. As well as The release of the trailer is confirmed on September 14th.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom: the first teaser trailer
Having failed to defeat him the first time, Black Manta, still driven by the need to avenge his father’s death, he will stop at nothing to eliminate Aquaman once and for all. This time, Black Manta is more fearsome than ever, wielding the power of the mythical Black Trident, which unleashes an ancient and evil force. To defeat him, Aquaman will address his brother Orm, the former king of Atlantis, to form an unlikely alliance. Together, they must put aside their differences to protect their kingdom and save their family and the world from irreversible destruction.
Most of the cast from the first film will return in Aquaman: Lost Kingdom. In addition to the protagonist Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, despite the rumors of dismissal after the well-known legal issues with Johnny Depp, will also resume her role as Mera. At their side we will find Patrick Wilson, Willem Dafoe, Temuera Morrison, Nicole Kidman e Dolph Lundgren. As for the film’s villains, there will be Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who returns as Black Manta, and Indya Moore. Also in the cast is Pilou Asbæk, whose role is still unknown.
