According to a rumor Ubisoft is working on many other new titles in the Assassin’s Creed series. Let’s find out the details in this news
After the long-awaited Mirage, announced for the first time last September, and the still rather mysterious Codename Jade, of which, in recent months, some leaks have appeared online, it seems that fans of the famous Ubisoft saga will certainly not remain dry mouth. According to new rumors, in fact, the software house would be actively working on many new titles not yet announced, all part of the Assassin’s Creed saga.
Rumors about other new Assassin’s Creed titles in development
While fans are already aware of projects such as Codename RED and Codename HEXE, two chapters of the popular franchise (which however still remain shrouded in the thickest mystery), now new rumors seem to want to add more meat to the fire. A report published in the past few hours by Tom Henderson on Insider Gaming, in fact, has contributed to spreading rumors about the alleged new titles in the Assassin’ Creed saga currently in development. One of them would bear the code name Project Nebula, and should present three different settings.
For multiplayer lovers, two games have been mentioned, namely Project Raid and Project Echoes. The former appears to be free-to-play and should allow up to four people to play cooperatively by impersonating some of the most iconic characters in the series, while the latter should be developed using Ubisoft Scalar technology. Finally, although the VR chapter titled Nexus hasn’t even been officially announced yet, it would seem that a sequel is already being thought of internally. All that remains is to wait for official statements on the matter, which could arrive very soon, given that Ubisoft seems to be preparing an interesting line-up to be shown at this year’s E3.
