New leaks reveal very reliable information on Valhalla’s Dawn of Ragnarok DLC, let’s find out together
Ubisoft recently revealed a bunch of new screenshots and information about the next big Assassin’s Creed Valhalla DLC, Dawn of Ragnarok. This information was leaked via early listings found in Chinese stores and then shared on Reddit and elsewhere. This new DLC is titled “Dawn of Ragnarok” and according to Ubisoft, through the information leaked, is the “most ambitious expansion pack” in the history of the franchise. We warn you beyond this point there will be spoilers for the DLC, which according to leaked information will be released on March 10, 2022.

According to a post yesterday found on the Assassin’s Creed subreddit, someone was able to find Dawn of Ragnarok screenshots and extra details on the Valhalla DLC, still not announced on an unspecified Chinese store. Using Google Translate, Reddit user hashiqigou shared the text rumored to be on the DLC store page:
The story takes place in the magnificent Nine Kingdoms in Northern mythology, and here it has been threatened by the invasion of the kingdom of frost and flame. So we can see that this upcoming DLC will be heavily focused on Norse mythology, bringing players into the Nine Kingdoms, in particular the Wat Alheim, the home of the dwarves. It also looks like players will get a new power in this DLC involving the lightning. Furthermore, Ubisoft has a live event scheduled for Monday 13th December where they plan to show more about it. In a tweet announcing the event, the developers teased that there is “more to see than Midgard in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla,” which seems to be a big clue that whatever the publisher is showing, it will not be set on the boring old Earth but on a new mythological realm.
