ASUSTOR, one of the most important and innovative NAS manufacturers founded in 2011 with a direct investment from ASUSTek Computer Inc., announces the availability of Lockerstor 4RD, 4RS e 12RD, three new proposals in rackmount format that complete the solution offer of the multinational dedicated to SMEs.
ASUSTOR Lockerstor 4RD, 4RS and 12RD: NAS for business
Equipped with a processor Intel Atom Quad-Core 2.1 GHz, 8 GB of DDR4-2133 RAM expandable up to 128 GB, two Gigabit ports and two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, the new Lockerstor 4RD, 4RS and 12RD exploiting the link aggregation are able to score read speeds up to 591MB / s and up to 565MB / s in writing. Ideal as storage and backup solutions, the 4RD, 4RS and 12RD Lockerstor make redundancy one of the main strengths and provide quattro porte Ethernet to allow users to always have a preferential lane for data access, while the backup power supplies of the 4RD and 12RD models offer additional assurance in terms of business continuity.
Able to provide storage capacity up to 72TB for Lockerstor 4RD and 4RS models and up to 216TB for 12RD, this series of NAS can be further expanded thanks to the presence of quattro porte USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, which allow the connection of external expansion units such as the ASUSTOR AS6004. It should also be noted the presence on these NAS of one PCI Express expansion slot, which allows you to install a 10 GbE card, able to offer additional benefits in terms of connectivity and flexibility. The new Lockerstor 4RD, 4RS and 12RD will be available in Italy starting from August.
