For the next three years, Avis Budget Group customers will have access to the services of roadside assistance e mobility assistance provided by Allianz Partners, both in Italy and in Europe. This new agreement ensures constant, available support 24 hours on 24, 7 days a week.
Users will have the flexibility to request assistance through different channels, choosing the most convenient one for their needs. They can contact the service via telephone or use the dedicated one WebAppfor example.
In addition to roadside assistance and to on-site repairAvis Budget Group customers will be able to access a range of services complementary mobilities. These include the option of replacement vehicle and recovery through a service tax. Or the possibility of stay overnight in the hotelthus ensuring the continuity of their journey.
