This new action thriller starring Burning’s Jun Jong-seo debuts streaming on Netflix on October 6: below is the teaser trailer for Ballerina
The film is called Ballerina, but we’re not talking about the long-awaited spin-off of the John Wick series that will star Ana De Armas. What will be published starting from October 6th is a new action thriller from South Korea, which will make its debut on the platform, replenishing the ranks of Far Eastern films in the catalogue. As imaginable, there is talk of revenge: specifically that of a ruthless former bodyguard, played by Jun Jong-seo (already the splendid protagonist of Burning and Paper House: Korea), engaged in the manhunt (Kim Ji-hyun) who is responsible for the death of her best friend (Park Yu-rim). The story respects all the main genre canons, we will just have to wait to see if it will be successful among the public. Below is the teaser trailer for Ballerina.
