From now, November 3, at 09:00 it is possible to access the buonmobilita.it website and queue up to request the mobility voucher or a refund for purchases made starting from 4 maggio.
The grant may be disbursed until the available funds are exhausted, based on the order in which the request was enteredso I advise you to be quick. The date of purchase of the vehicle will not be taken into account, but the date of insertion of the request.

What is it about?
The mobility voucher is an incentive that covers the 60% of the maximum expenditure incurred, up to a maximum of €500.
The incentive is worth it from 4 May 2020 until 31 December 2020.
How does it work?
To register on the buonmobilita.it portal, you must have the SPID (Public Digital Identity System), the PDF of the receipt o invoice and theIBAN to which the voucher is to be credited.
How will the refund take place?
Refund can be obtained in two ways:
- requesting a voucher to make the purchase later, from November 3, 2020
- il citizen pay the participating merchant directly on 40%
- il shopkeeper will receive a refund 60%
- requesting a refund by presenting the receipt or invoice, if this has already been done (from 4 May 2020 until 3 November)
- il citizen will be refunded 60% of the expense
Who can use it?
Everyone can apply to take advantage of the mobility bonus adult citizens who have residence (and not domicile) in:
- municipalities with a population exceeding 50,000 inhabitants
- regional capitals
- Metropolitan cities (Bari, Bologna, Cagliari, Catania, Florence, Genoa, Messina, Milan, Naples, Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Rome Capital, Turin, Venice)
- provincial capitals (even under 50,000 inhabitants)
What can I buy?
The mobility voucher can only be requested oncefor the purchase of:
- new or used bicycles, both traditional and pedal assisted
- new or used handbikes
- new or used vehicles for personal mobility with mainly electric propulsion (scooters, hoverboards, segways)
- shared mobility services for individual use excluding those using cars
