Here are the best video games coming out in December 2023: lots of fun on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series
Can we say “Merry Christmas” or is it still early? November It’s over and we’re rightfully getting into the holiday spirit. December 2023 brings a new line-up of video games; who knows if among these there is the right gift, for others or for you!
Among the best arrivals of the month we start with Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince. The demon prince Psaro has been hit by a very strange curse: he cannot harm any monster! The only solution is to become a monster tamer and create an army of beasts. His search for monsters of the highest level will lead Psaro on a pilgrimage to the land of Nadiria and learn to control the mysterious power of Synthesis… will he succeed in his undertaking?
It’s coming in December 2023 (right!) too Disney Dreamlight Valley. Technically it would be for the little ones, but we know: Disney magic warms the hearts of even the most nostalgic adults – we understand you well! Once upon a time there was a colorful and happy fairytale world… unfortunately, the magic is dying out and sadness and darkness risk making this enchanted world disappear forever. But don’t worry, because you are here! That’s right, you will be the heroes who will save the kingdom and bring back color, joy and friendship! A perfect title for Christmas, for adults and children.
Another upcoming title is Arashi: Castles of Sin – Final Cut. You play as the assassin Kenshiro, on a mission across feudal Japan to defeat the Six Oni of Iga, a group of bandits wreaking havoc on the country. Through a wide variety of weapons, tools and techniques, you will have to infiltrate castles and outsmart your enemies as you hunt down each Oni. With the help of Ayane and your faithful wolf Haru, defeat the threat of the Six Oni and save Japan.
There is also one of the best (certainly among the most particular) video games Bahnsen Knights. It is 1986, Tornado Alley, United States. Undercover agent Boulder will have to investigate the Bahnsen Knights sect. He faces occultists, biblical storms, and an enigmatic car salesman-turned-preacher as you investigate the disappearance of a colleague and friend in this dark, interactive adventure.
For the “welcome returns” column of December 2023 we would like to point out Xuan-Yuan Sword: Mists Beyond the Mountains, coming out on Nintendo Switch. Originally released in 1999, the remastered version of this Chinese mythology-inspired RPG maintains the charm of the original and its distinctive artistic style. An epic adventure and many hours of enchantment await you!
