If you think about a cursed movie in the MCU, and by cursed we mean a film that encountered a lot of bad luck during production, that movie is Blade itself. Of course, the change of plans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe was due to a general problem of the management of the macroplot, which was mostly forcing the workers to do large numbers but with poor quality (except for Loki, which we analyzed in this review). Things have now changed and it seems that the Blade movie will also star Mahershala Ali is about to head down the right path, with Yann Demange directing the film. According to reliable rumors, filming on Blade should begin this fall.

We can't know for sure how the work is progressing and no one knows what to expect from the quality of the film. Considering the production problems which, fortunately, they managed to overcome, however, Mahershala Ali is now hopeful about the new direction. Also, if the film really starts shooting this fall 2024, then the date they announced, which is November 7, 2025, will be the exact day in which we will finally see the return of the most famous Vampire Slayer in the world to the cinema.
