Finally, a new trailer for the DC film Blue Beetle, starring Xolo Maridueña and Susan Sarandon, is out. Let’s find out together
A brand new film, branded DC, is about to hit theaters in August. It’s about Blue Beetlea film that will tell the exploits of the superhero of the same name, born from the imagination of Charles Nicholasthe first versions of which date back to 1940. Now a second official trailer of the upcoming movie.

The synopsis of the film reads: Recent college graduate Jaime Reyes returns home full of aspirations for his future but soon discovers that it is not quite as he left it. While searching the world for his purpose, fate causes Jaime to unexpectedly find himself in possession of an ancient relic of alien biotechnology: the Beetle. Jamie is suddenly chosen by the Scarab as its symbiotic host and gifted with incredible armor capable of extraordinary and unpredictable powers. His fate will change forever and Jamie will transform into the Super Hero Blue Beetle.
We’ll see to impersonate the protagonist Xolo Maridueñaalready famous for his participation in Cobra Kai, while Susan Sarandon it will be Victoria Kord. They complete the cast Adriana Barraza, Damian Alcazar, George Lopez, Elpidia Carrillo, Raoul Max Trujillo, Belissa Escobedo, Bruna Marquezine e Harvey Guillen. The film is directed by the Puerto Rican director Angel Manuel Soto and written by Mexican screenwriter Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer and produced by Zev Foreman.

With this second trailer we can get a clearer idea of what we will see in Blue Beetle and what they wanted to focus on. It seems in fact that, despite the importance represented by superpowers, which is obvious in a film of this kind, an attempt has been made to give more importance to the sphere of family affection. We will have to wait just over a month to finally understand what this film will have in store for us. The film will be released on August 17, 2023distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
