What’s new is that, for those who have run out of film credits, BRAVIA CORE now offers the option to purchase and rent other selected filmsso that you can continue to enjoy some of the best hits and classics in the highest streaming picture quality of Pure Stream technology, achieving quality equivalent to UHD Blu-Ray Disc, with streaming up to 80 Mbps.
In addition, Sony’s new app calibrated mode will adjust the image quality on the screen to align it best to the creator’s original vision and the movies will automatically switch to the optimal picture settings to create a truly spectacular movie-watching experience. Users can enjoy a dynamic range with great brightness and deep blacks as well as beautifully natural mid-tones with almost no flare or halo around highlights.

For a truly captivating viewing experience in the comfort of home, BRAVIA CORE also gives you access to the largest collection of IMAX Enhanced movies. Optimized for BRAVIA XR, the collection offers images IMAX remastered and the immersive quality of DTS audio.
