Activision has just officially announced via a Call of Duty Vanguard teaser trailer, a completely unreleased title in the famous shooter franchise. The company has specified that the game will be presented via a special event which will take place within Call of Duty Warzone on August 19th at 7:30 pm. Let’s take a look at the information we have for now on this new project.
Call of Duty Vanguard is official
In the small teaser published by the company we can see how many of the rumors regarding a new Call of Duty coming soon had largely hit the mark. The game will in fact resume the traditional settings of the series, or those of the Second World War, of which we have already been able to glimpse several maps, such as a forest, a beach and a large battlefield.
During the presentation of the various maps we can also see that the various props take the form of some faces, one for each location, probably clues regarding the characters we will meet during the game. From the video it can be deduced that Vanguard will propose to the player all four sides of the Second World War: the European one, the Western one, the African / Mediterranean one and the Pacific one.
Not much more is known about this new Call of Duty game at the moment, but Activision urged fans to stay tuned, as more details will be revealed as part of a special event taking place within Call of Duty Warzone on August 19 at 7:30 pm.
For the occasion, all the playlists of the game will offer double experience during the period before the official presentation of Vanguard, from 18:30 to 19:29. Anyway, if we want to credit the leaks, this new Call of Duty should offer itself as a sort of return to the origins of the franchise, with no noteworthy news in terms of the multiplayer experience.
