Producer Irwin Winkler of the well-known Rocky franchise confirms Michael B. Jordan’s return to directing for the spin-off, Creed IV. Adonis Johnson back in the ring to thrill once again
After the official announcement about the start of production; the spin-off of Creed IV officially sees the great directorial return of Michael B. Jordan. The news confirmed by the producer Irwin Winkler himself; announces a chapter full of great enthusiasm and expectations.
Boasting a collection of over 663 million of dollars all over the world with the first three films; Creed was born as a spin-off of Rocky, with the same protagonist as the protagonist of the story Michael B. Jordan in the role of Adonis Johnsonillegitimate son of Apollo Creed.

Michael and the creative team had the beautiful vision from the beginning to create a completely new and different experience for this film. It had to be firmly anchored in what all of us were about the Creed and Rocky movies… it had to have great action, boxing, but we also really looked at what kind of movie we were making. And a lot of that work, in those early days with Michael, was dedicated to shaping how we were looking at Damian’s character, which is why I think everyone responded to the depth, not just on the page, but on the screen as well
Beyond the confirmation of Micheal B.Jordan as director, no further details on the plot or other possible cast members have been revealed. According to what Winkler himself recently declared; Creed IV could hit theaters in at least a couple of years.
