Pearly Abyss, the studio that created Black Desert Online, has released a new trailer for its upcoming single-player open-world RPG, Crimson Deserton the occasion of Gamescom 2023.

The studio released this trailer as part of the presentation Opening Night Live di Geoff Keighley for Gamescom 2023 and features new 4K footage of protagonist Kliff investigating the Hernand region. It also highlights various other areas of this vast open world, NPCs and more. And, of course, it features a healthy dose of hand-to-hand combat and wrestling-inspired moves.

Developed on ‘BlackSpace Engine’ next generation, Crimson Desert is an open world action-adventure game. With a gripping setting and realistic characters, Crimson Desert describes the story of mercenaries fighting for survival on the vast continent of Pywel.
Pearl Abyss says it is aiming for a simultaneous global release of Crimson Desert on PC and consoles. Although the CEO of the firm, Jin-Young Heo, said earlier this year that the game’s release window was scheduled for Fall 2023, there’s no word yet on when to expect the launch.
