Cyberpunk 2077 1
CD Projekt Red has just confirmed, as part of an investor meeting, that he is working on a plot expansion for Cyberpunk 2077currently scheduled to arrive by 2023. The development team also confirmed that the game will continue to have free updates for a long time to come and that the only paid DLC will be extremely massive.
Cyberpunk 2077: expansion arrives in 2023
According to what was declared by the Polish software house, at work on expansion there would be the beauty of over 200 people, which is a number far greater than the size of other studies in the sector. The DLC therefore seems to be a particularly ambitious project, which in theory should add a large amount of elements to the game.
It seems based on the previous statements of the study, the model used should be similar to the one for which the software house has opted for The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, that is a massive content sold for the figure of about 15 euros. Obviously, the pricing is not necessarily identical, but it is very likely that it will be around this figure.
It should be noted that the software house spoke of a single upcoming project related to Cyberpunk 2077, net of the various free updates, which suggests the possibility that the expansion will also close support for the game. If this were the case, it would not be strange: the studio has a very high number of projects in progress, so it is likely that it wants to create space to devote itself to the upcoming news.
