CD Pojekt Red announced that Cyberpunk 2077 has just received thefree update next genwhich introduces players to the next generation versions of the game on Xbox Series X|S e PlayStation 5as well as improving the original versions.
With the patch 1.5 / next-gen Update, Cyberpunk 2077 takes advantage of all the extra power of the hardware of the new consoles, allowing you to use the ray tracing and dynamic scaling up to 4K, and having faster loading times and a wide variety of technical and graphic improvements. It also allows you to use the functionality of the controller DualSense: adaptive triggers and haptic feedback.
Cyberpunk 2077: the next gen update is available
The studio has released two gameplay video footage taken from the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. Gamers who wish to try the game before buying it can do so for free thanks to the limited time trial available on Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5.
The free trial will be available for 30 days until March 15th 5:00 pm and will provide the option to continue your adventure after purchase. Similarly, those who started their Night City adventure on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will be able to transfer their game saves to the respective new generation versions. The update brings with it several improvements on all versions of Cyberpunk 2077. These range from game performance and stability optimization, gameplay adjustments and game economics, open world functionality, map use, new relationship interactions, and an improved Fixer system. Additionally, new content has been added, including rental apartments, new gear, character customization options, and more.
Following the release of patch 1.5 / next-gen update, Cyberpunk 2077 is now available on Xbox Series X|S e PlayStation 5 as a free update for owners of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions, as well as being available for purchase. The game and patch 1.5 are available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and PC.
