The system will work very simply. In case of problems, DAZN customers will be able to use AGCOM’s Misrainternet speed test (which will be integrated into the service app) to check if the connection problem is related to the network offered by your provider or DAZN systems. The test will allow to identify the “culprit” of the malfunction.

In the event that the responsibility lies with DAZN, the user will have the possibility to start the procedure to obtain a reimbursement of 7.5 euros per week (therefore 29.99 euros per month as the fee requested by DAZN for the monthly subscription).
