Dead Island 2 could be released in March next year
There is a lot of anticipation for the release of Dead Island 2, but after so much mystery today we know something more (but not too much). VGC reports that in a recent earnings presentation of Embracer Group – which took place on Thursday 10 February – a spokesperson for the company said the game is still under development. According to what was declared the release is expected in the next fiscal year of the company (ending March 31, 2023).
“The project is still alive and at least I expect it to come out during this financial year,” said the spokesperson. A few words, which do not give any certainty except the fact that the title is still under development is that the company did not let go of the project. According to NME speculations, the game will be released early 2023. A troubled video game, which could be released shortly before making 10 years after its announcementwhich took place back in 2014. The zombie shooter will be developed by Dambustera Deep Silver studio, which has collected the legacy of Yager and Sumo Digital, which had previously been entrusted with the project.
