Deutsche Post DHL joins ABB’s Energy Efficiency Movement with the aim of achieving a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions reaching a quota of less than 30 million tons. The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will allow them to support their respective emission reduction targets in the near future.

For an increasingly green and sustainable future, Deutsche Post DHL Group aims to invest 7 billion euros by 2030 with the aim of reducing emissions. The company has, therefore, signed a memorandum of understanding with ABB. The two realities will support each other to achieve the set sustainability objectives. Several collaborations are planned to reduce ABB’s carbon footprint both in logistics sites and in freight transport. ABB aims to reduce its customers’ annual CO2 emissions by more than 100 million tonnes by 2030.
