Tiny Roar presenta XEL, a vibrant and colorful title ofaction-adventure inspired by iconic franchises like The Legend of Zelda, featuring a twist fantasy / sci-fi and a sassy and lively main character named Reid. The title is coming to PC and Nintendo Switch in thesummer of 2022: Later it will also be available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4 and Playstation 5.
XEL, the new title of Tiny Roar
Developed by Tiny Roar and published by Assemble Entertainment, XEL will test your wit and reflexes. At the same time it will offer you the possibility to go on a journey emotional e deeply unique. In the most recent developer diary, which you can see above, the Game Director Maurice Hagelstein and Game Designer Tom Erenstein take us behind the scenes, showing us the character creation process.
They also discussed the gameplay and gave us a small but tantalizing taste of what players can expect when the title officially debuts next year.
The plot of the game
XEL follows the story of an amnesic protagonist named Reid, suddenly shipwrecked on a enigmatic planet e without any memory of his previous life. Players will team up with Reid to uncover the mystery of this bizarre land filled with secrets, puzzles, and an unstable sense of time.
Players will be able to explore a beautiful world littered with challenging dungeons packed in a classic action 3D format e adventure from above. During his quest, Reid will encounter fascinating characters, engage in exciting fights, and of course improve his skills. Also will find a number of gadget ed objects which may improve over time.
