The long wait for the primo trailer is finally coming to an end: Shadow of the Erdtreeexpected DLC of the acclaimed Elden Ring, will be revealed in a matter of hours. Shortly after today’s Nintendo Direct, in fact, it will be the turn of the magnum opus of FromSoftware, whose rights seem to have returned to the creator Hidetaka Miyazaki and his team in recent days. By now Elden Ring players were hoping for anything but a trailer for Shadow of the Erdtree, but the DLC will make a surprise appearance this afternoon. Not that this is particularly surprising, after all: we recently reported that, or at least so we assume, the gestation of the expansion is now almost complete. Evidently, and understandably, the development team preferred it give priority to the audience gained on consoles instead of a possible new catchment area.
